Two closely related examples, also dated to the Song dynasty, can be found in the Qing Court collection, now in the Taipei National Palace Museum, nos. Gu Ci 故瓷8726 and 13974. A slightly smaller example, Jin dynasty, is illustrated in ‘Song Ceramics’, Mary Tregear, Thames and Hudson, London, 1982, pl. 137.
